I was a contestant on Australia's Biggest Loser and once voted off the program, High Tide gave me the support I needed to continue with my weight loss. I started at 180KG and had recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. After 6 months I lost 40KG and no longer had diabetes. Having spent the last few months at High Tide I am amazed with the lift in my energy and stamina, not only in the fitness sessions but throughout the day. High Tide has inspired me to fulfil a lifetime ambition to climb Mt Kinabalu, Borneo (4100metres)which would not have been achievable without these fitness sessions. - Matt
High Tide has been a wonderful way to get fit. I used to struggle to make myself go to the gym and I felt unmotivated and bored once I got there, achieving minimum results. At High Tide, time flies with the innovative exercise programs. Although you are pushed to your limits, you are also given a choice of the level at which you want to perform. As a consequence my health and fitness has imporved and my problem knee has improved as a result of the exercises. A great way to get Fit. - Janelle
